Glen Voglesong, Concurrent Engineering Lead, Research & Development Department, Faurecia Automotive Seating, has spent the majority of his career in the automotive industry, spanning the eras from 2D body drafting—with lead pointers & pounce bags—to the brave new world of 3D design with CAD and, now, Model-Based Definition. Voglesong is responsible for advancing a culture of "compatibility before completion” through implementing Predictive Analysis-driven design methods throughout the product development cycle.
