FMEA

All new product development projects involve risk. A properly implemented FMEA will help ensure that potential failures have been considered and addressed during the product and process development cycle.

At AIAG, we offer both knowledge and application core tools courses to help you become certified with globally recognized credentials in FMEA. These core tools are important, and what better way to learn about them than participating in our many trainings, classes, and eLearning courses?

Here are our upcoming course offerings:

FMEA Overview:

  • In Southfield, MI from 8 am to 12 pm.
  • $175 for members, $225 from non-members

This course will help you to develop a real world, functional understanding of FMEA, and specifically the requirements for implementing FMEA techniques into design and manufacturing processes. This class is invaluable for ISO/TS 16949 internal auditors, second-party auditors, or anyone involved in developing design and/or process FMEAs or in the implementation of ISO/TS 16949.

Once you are able to apply and communicate these techniques, you will be able to successfully identify and manage risks within your company’s product designs and manufacturing processes. design or process.
