We’re counting the days until the 2018 AIAG Supply Chain Summit! While we think that all of our fantastic speakers and sessions are worth highlighting, here’s a quick look at just a few topics we’ll be exploring this year:

During their session, Birgit and David will discuss developments related to (and potential implications of) new US tariffs on certain steel and aluminum products from around the globe; special tariffs between the U.S. and China, which can be expected to impose new barriers for the next generation of hi-tech products and systems; and the potential for a new NAFTA to change the rules of product or component origin requirements.
Digitizing the Supply Chain: How Industry 4.0 is Changing the Game
Speaker(s): Pavan Muzumdar, Chief Operating Officer, Automation Alley
In this presentation, Pavan will address the various and complex ways Industry 4.0 technologies and digital disruptions impact the supply chain and business models. Attendees will also benefit from learning the critical success factors necessary to navigate rapid technological change.
Responsible Sourcing – Are You Engaged?

The focus of this session will be to explore the ways in which the automotive industry is evolving to address the increasing global demand for transparency in the supply chain.
