2018 Supply Chain Summit – It’s a Wrap!

global logistics.-blogjpg

Our Supply Chain Summit has come and gone – at least until next year! – but we’d like to take this opportunity to thank the incredible group of professionals who came together to make the event a success. Whether you were involved as a speaker, attendee, sponsor, or exhibitor, please know that your contributions, engagement, and expertise made our event one to remember!

For those who couldn’t make it, it was an action-packed day full of information, networking, and active discussion around current and future Supply Chain topics. We took an in-depth look at global vehicle sales forecasts, international trade and tariff developments, effective mentorship techniques, ways to work productively within a multi-generational environment, visibility and the streamlining of finished vehicle logistics networks, the future of “connected cars,” Industry 4.0, and much, much more!

Initial feedback has certainly been buzzworthy, and the Supply Chain team is elated to have brought another value-added event to our attendees, membership base, and the automotive industry at large.

Up Next: The second annual AIAG/SCAC Supply Chain and Quality Summit, September 6-7 in Charleston, South Carolina, and the 2018 AIAG Customs Town Hall, November 8 in Livonia, Michigan. EARLY REGISTRATION is now available for the Customs Town Hall, so register soon to take advantage of the cost savings!
