Futurist Jack Shaw will deliver the closing keynote address at the 2017 AIAG Quality Summit, scheduled for September 19-20, 2017, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan.

The theme for this year’s Quality Summit is "Building the Future of Automotive Quality.” Registration is now underway and includes continental breakfast both days, Tuesday lunch and evening reception, networking breaks, and exhibits. Access the full agenda and speaker information here.

As executive director of the American Blockchain Council, Shaw is a leading expert on the strategic implications of blockchain technology and has spoken on the topic around the world. As a public ledger of all cryptocurrency transactions ever executed, the blockchain is a technological innovation of Bitcoin and has the potential to dramatically change how global companies do business.

Shaw was recently voted one of the World's Top 25 Professional Speakers by over 27,000 meeting planners, executives, and conference attendees — the only technology speaker to be accorded this recognition. He has been a technology futurist for over 30 years, helping others to understand the impact of emerging technologies. In addition to blockchain, he is recognized for his expertise in breakthrough business technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and 3D printing. He has advised Fortune 500 companies including GE, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, IBM, Oracle, and SAP as well as hundreds of small to mid-sized businesses.

A charismatic speaker, he's delivered more than 1,000 keynote speeches and executive presentations in 23 countries and every U.S. state. Shaw graduated from Yale with a degree in business administration and has a MBA from Kellogg in Finance & Marketing.
