At AIAG, we know that Core Tools certification exams are a great way to demonstrate competency in the automotive Core Tools – and we’re making it easier than ever to take these exams at your convenience, with all four certification exams (i.e., APQP/PPAP, FMEA 4th Edition, MSA and SPC) now available online, throughout 2021.
Intended for individuals with knowledge and application of the Core Tools’ principles and techniques, these exams feature more in-depth scenarios than the Core Tools Self-Assessment (CTSA) and provide a full four-hour window for participants to complete the exam once they have begun.
Each Core Tools certification exam is available for completion during a single sitting at any point during a seven-day period, beginning on a Monday. These online exams are presented in English and require the individual to abide by AIAG’s remote proctoring practices, including keeping their device’s camera active during the exam. (Note: All recorded material is deleted after issuance of the certification). If the exam is not completed during the seven-day period, the user can reregister, however, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds for those who miss their exam window.
As late enrollment is not available, please note that all enrollees must be registered prior to the Monday on which the seven-day window opens to ensure the full exam window is provided.
Additionally, please note that these online Core Tools certification exams are currently only available in English. International offerings are still scheduled on demand via AIAG’s international store.
