Call for Speakers: Shape the Future at the 2026 AIAG Quality Summit

The Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) invites you to submit a presentation proposal for the 2026 AIAG Quality Summit, taking place September 23–24, 2026.

Under the theme “Driving Automotive Quality Forward: From Today’s Challenges to Tomorrow’s Solutions,” the 2026 Quality Summit will spotlight the standards, strategies, and technologies shaping the future of automotive quality. As the industry navigates rapid advancements in electrification, digitalization, automation, and AI-powered tools, this event will bring together leaders and practitioners to share real-world insights and practical solutions.

Call for Speakers

AIAG is seeking engaging, non-commercial presentations that address current and emerging challenges in automotive quality, including:

  • Implementing the new AIAG & VDA SPC
  • Preparing for the upcoming AIAG & VDA MSA
  • Planning for the updated ISO 9001:2026
  • Key challenges, trends, or best practices related to AI technologies

Whether you have a compelling OEM or supplier case study, a hands-on workshop concept, or an innovative approach to quality improvement, this is your opportunity to share expertise, influence future initiatives, and establish yourself as a leader in automotive quality.

Presentation Details

  • No sales pitches or commercial endorsements will be considered
  • Presentation length: 45 minutes including Q&A
  • Workshop length determined on a case-by-case basis

Proposal Submission Deadline: March 13, 2026

Accepted speakers will be notified by April 10, 2026.

Proposal Guidelines

Submissions should include presenter information, presentation title, abstract, target audience, benefits, and author biography. Full submission guidelines are available on the proposal submission page.
