Designed for automotive supply chain professionals who have mastered carbon accounting fundamentals and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) methodologies, this workshop focuses on applying carbon inventory and PCF analytics to achieve measurable emissions reductions.
Participants will explore how to:
- Identify and prioritize high-impact reduction opportunities.
- Set and work toward science-based targets.
- Implement cost-effective decarbonization strategies across operations and products.
- Evaluate renewable energy solutions, supplier engagement approaches, and the business case for low-carbon innovation.
Through interactive exercises, real-world case studies, and expert-led discussions, attendees will gain practical insights into carbon reduction initiatives in automotive manufacturing, material selection, and design optimization, delivering both environmental and business benefits.
Participants will leave with a customizable carbon reduction roadmap, tools to track and report progress, and strategies for communicating results to customers and stakeholders. This final workshop provides the critical connection between carbon measurement and action, equipping suppliers to meet evolving customer expectations, comply with regulatory requirements, and strengthen competitive positioning in a low-carbon marketplace.
