Deepen Your Customs & Trade Expertise: ACE and CARM Training – November 7

import export-blog

The 2025 AIAG North American Customs and Trade Town Hall may conclude on November 6, but the learning doesn’t stop there. The following day, November 7, AIAG will host two focused training sessions designed to help customs and trade professionals strengthen compliance, improve accuracy, and stay ahead of evolving global trade requirements.

ACE Reporting Demonstrations for Export/Import (Virtual)
Led by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), this interactive session offers a practical look at how to access and interpret ACE reports for both exports and imports. Participants will learn how to leverage data for compliance, identify and reconcile discrepancies, and avoid costly penalties — all through automotive-specific examples. This training delivers real-world insight to help you work smarter, stay compliant, and make more informed decisions.

CARM Unlocked: Master the Portal, Stay Compliant (Hybrid)
Focusing on the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) Client Portal, this hybrid session provides a step-by-step walkthrough of key features and processes from an importer’s perspective. Learn how to create compliance-ready reports, file corrections and amendments, manage account reconciliation, and apply the Release Prior to Payment (RPP) program.

Together, these post-Town Hall sessions deliver actionable, up-to-date training — plus NCBFAA continuing education credits — to help you and your team navigate the complexities of cross-border trade with greater confidence.

Don’t miss this opportunity to extend your learning, enhance compliance, and apply new insights right away.

Register today for one or both November 7 sessions!
