Looking for a Better Understanding of MMOG/LE and Its Implementation?

Give your company’s materials management efficiency and supply chain effectiveness a boost by attending the Global MMOG/LE Implementation Training — Level 1 on Oct. 7, 2015

Many OEMs are requiring their suppliers to use the Global Materials Management Operations Guideline Logistics Evaluation (MMOG/LE) to help mitigate supply chain risks. AIAG’s role is to help suppliers understand how to maximize the benefits of MMOG/LE for their company and their customers.

The course on November 11, 2015 at AIAG’s headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, is designed to improve materials management efficiency and effectiveness in the participant’s supply chain by leveraging MMOG/LE. MMOG/LE is the global standard for supply chain management processes that reduces costs from errors, waste, and workload for suppliers and customers.

“It’s a highly effective format because the classroom setting allows participants greater interaction with the instructor and the opportunity to complete group exercises and network with other users and OEM representatives,” says Lang Ware, AIAG’s director of supply chain products and services.

Attendees will learn best practices to complete the MMOG/LE assessment tool, identify gaps, and prepare action plans. Registration includes an electronic copy of the Global Materials Management Operations Guideline/Logistics Evaluation (MMOG/LE Version 4).

The November 11th course is designed for anyone who wants to understand MMOG/LE more deeply and the value of its implementation, particularly supply chain personnel at all levels of the organization. Ware says leadership and staff from manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, IT, and quality will also benefit from attending. The course includes:

  • Introduction and general overview of MMOG/LE
  • How to navigate and complete the MMOG/LE assessment tool
  • How to implement the MMOG/LE Assessment within your organization
  • How to achieve and implement a world-class supply chain management
