With November just around the corner, we’re eagerly anticipating two of our final events for the year: our annual Customs Town Hall on November 7th, and our next Future Automotive Expert event on November 14th.
At this year’s Customs Town Hall, we’ll hear updates directly from CBP, along with presentations on Duty Drawback, CTPAT Minimum Security Criteria, autonomous vehicles, the impact of the U.S. Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) on the automotive sector, and more!
In addition to the event itself, AIAG will also host three optional ACE Reporting courses on November 8th. Held at AIAG headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, these trainings are free for those who have registered for the Customs Town Hall, and include a basic import, basic export, and advanced import/export workshop.
The week after our Customs Town Hall, we’ll be at the November Future Automotive Expert event at AIAG headquarters. This “Lunch and Learn” session will feature Kirsten E. Ross, CEO of Focus Forward Coaching, discussing how to “Defeat the Drama.” Kristen will share insights on some of the key causes of workplace drama, along with specific strategies to help you defeat the drama as an employee.
