A joint offering from AIAG and Wayne State University (WSU), our second annual Tomorrow’s Leaders Today program helps attendees build supply chain leadership skills — and a network of peers — to better support their success at the next level.

• Designed for professionals at the senior management level with approximately 8-12 years of purchasing and supply chain experience.
  
  
• World-class program facilitators lead engaging sessions on the practical applications of cutting-edge supply chain strategies and tools.
  
  
• Participants are nominated by their organizations and work closely with a senior leader for mentoring and accountability.
  
  
• A final “supply chain transformation project” allows participants to apply new knowledge and skills and track business gains.
  
  
• Four months after the initial three-day session, participants reconvene for a second two-day session to share project outcomes and lessons learned.
