Need to navigate growing carbon disclosure requirements at the part/material, manufacturing site, and company levels?

Kicking off a new three-part virtual workshop series on carbon, our complimentary [“Carbon Inventory Management”](https://www.aiag.org/store/webinars/details?WebinarCode=E25CARB1&utm_campaign=6877873-Carbon%20Inventory%20Workshop%20March%2025&utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&utm_content=349238858&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9tYvOEa_AEnmoShmJMnnuRYk6N1YrKG4Bw5C1MNYVEozGOyvH1JCxi-sOwxXP0E5gsyDgWBmOcZeTvKrqNb4aRJDw8FQ) session starts at 9:30 am March 25 and provides essential information for automotive suppliers—especially those in Tier 1 and further down the supply chain who serve multiple industries and may not have a dedicated carbon expert on their team.

Focusing on carbon accounting fundamentals, data collection strategies, and real-world case studies, this webinar supports newcomers to carbon reporting along with more experienced professionals looking to refine their approach.

Key discussion points include:

- Types of greenhouse gases and their impact on global warming
- Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions accounting
- GHG Protocol, standards from the International Organization for Standardization, and other frameworks
- Data collection, including tools and technologies for emissions tracking
- The importance of third-party verification

With increasing regulatory and industry expectations—including CSRD, CDP, Ecovadis, M2030, and the Catena-X integration of carbon information into IMDS—understanding and managing carbon inventories is more critical than ever.
