AIAG’s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Work Group is bringing you a three-part workshop series on carbon with the first workshop scheduled for 9:30-11:30 a.m. March 25, 2025. This workshop, entitled “Carbon Inventory,” will discuss:

• Types of greenhouse gases and their impacts on global warming
• Understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions accounting
• An overview of the GHG Protocol, standards from the International Organization for Standardization, and other frameworks
• Data Collection including tools and technologies for emissions tracking
• The importance of third-party verification
