Currently leading the Customer Experience organization at Stellantis North America, William initially joined the company in 1994 as an engineer at the original Trenton Engine Plant. Prior to taking on the role of VP North America Customer Experience, William held various manufacturing quality positions with a focus on powertrain and most recently had global responsibility for propulsion supplier quality.
