The questions reflect information that virtually everyone in automotive quality today should know, and results can be used to verify the effectiveness of your Core Tools training and develop individual or group improvement plans. The CTSA is a timed open book exercise available in nine different languages: English, Spanish (Latin American), Korean, Simplified Chinese, Russian, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese. Available (for free!) at the AIAG Store, the self-assessment can be completed online at any time, with access to the assessment for 30 days after the registration date if you are unable to take it right away. Upon completion, you will receive your confidential scores for each Core Tool, to help measure your competencies and monitor your improvement. As of the end of last month – March 31, 2020 – a total of 12,506 exams have been completed across China, Mexico and the U.S., collectively.
