Introduction to Automotive Warranty |Next date available: 2/19/2018
This introductory course is designed to provide attendees with insights on how to understand the Customer's warranty data output metrics (claims and cost), basic warranty data tracking methods, warranty claim rate reduction, and simple database analysis, including what to do with the data, and some of the basic activities an organization should perform to understand warranty performance.

Is this for me? This course is recommended for individuals who are new to warranty management, or anyone wishing to gain a better understanding of warranty management and how the systems interact between supplier, customers, and dealers.

PPAP Overview |Next date available: 2/20/2018
The PPAP Overview course helps attendees become versed on the procedures, reporting requirements and activities specified by the PPAP manual. Instruction covers the fourth edition manual, submission and specific requirements for part approval records/sample retention, and part-submission status. A review of forms in the PPAP manual is also included.

Is this for me? Recommended for individuals involved in the development and submission of PPAP packages, IATF 16949:2016 internal auditors or second-party auditors, and individuals involved in the implementation of IATF 16949:2016.

Understanding and Implementing MSA and SPC Basics |Next date available: 2/26/2018
Learning objectives for this one day course include translating linkage of SPC and MSA with IATF 16949:2016 requirements and PPAP, incorporating the use of SPC and MSA through applied exercises, developing SPC tools based on defining customer requirements and acceptance criteria, developing measurement profiles based on defining customer requirements and acceptance criteria, and application of planning and conducting MSA.

Is this for me? This course is generally recommended for quality managers, quality team leaders, third-party auditors of IATF 16949:2016, anyone involved in the implementation of IATF 16949:2016, individuals and cross functional teams interested in risk reduction and anyone who wants a better understanding of the fundamentals of SPC and MSA.

Global MMOG/LE Implementation Training - Level 1  |Next date available: 3/7/2018
This one-day course is designed to help you improve materials management efficiency and effectiveness in your supply chain, leveraging the Global Materials Management Operations Guideline Logistics Evaluation (MMOG/LE). MMOG/LE is the global standard for supply chain management processes that reduces costs from errors, waste, and workload for suppliers and customers. You will learn best practices to complete the MMOG/LE assessment tool, identify gaps and prepare action plans.

Is this for me? This course is designed for individuals at all levels within an organization who want to better understand MMOG/LE and benefit from its implementation. MMOG/LE focuses on the supply chain management function, thus attendance by supply chain personnel is strongly recommended. Leadership and staff from manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, IT, and quality are also encouraged to attend.

Poka Yoke (Mistake Proofing) for Zero Defects |Next date available: 3/12/2018
The purpose of this one-day workshop is to provide participants with a basic overview of the Poka Yoke System for developing a zero defects strategy in industrial applications. The workshop will provide an introduction to the system and its toolbox to assist you in the development and implementation of a zero defects based culture. Included in the workshop is a series of defined activities and applications for its use as a process. NOTE: A second day of proscribed activities is available. On the second day the organization will identify several areas of concern that then will be developed, under supervision, using the Poka Yoke Strategies.

Is this for me? This course is recommended for product and quality managers, engineering personnel, continual improvement coordinators, and internal auditors.
