Our 2019 event lineup continues through November! Newer to (or transitioning within) the automotive industry? Join us at our October 2nd Future Automotive Expert event. Looking to network with other Quality, Corporate Responsibility or Supply Chain and Customs professionals? Join us at our Quality Summit, IMDS Conference or Customs Town Hall, respectively! Learn more about each of these unique events below, and follow any of the links for further detail and registration options.

2019 October Future Automotive Expert (FAE) Event: Featuring recently retired vice president of global quality for Dana, Inc., David Kneisler, the theme of the October event will be, “Key Career Success Factors: They May Not Be What You Think!” Reflecting on a successful 35-year career, David will discuss key personal and organizational success factors applicable to any career, team or organization – and how to implement those factors into your current role and organization. Following the Q&A session at the end of David’s presentation, attendees are invited to join the Quality Summit crowd at the attached Suburban Collection Showplace for a networking reception from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. This unique setup provides FAE attendees with the opportunity to mix and mingle with Quality leaders and other experienced industry professionals, while still benefiting from the tailored format and content of the smaller and more focused FAE event. 2019 Quality Summit: The theme of this year’s one and a half day event is “Developing Quality Competencies for Organizational Success.” In addition to an OEM panel discussing customer specific requirements – including their transition plans to the AIAG & VDA FMEA Handbook – industry experts will share insights on the following: a lean perspective on transitioning from training records to evidence of competency; a balanced approach beyond “training” to developing quality skills; an automotive supplier case study showing the direct impact of training and competency development with quality performance improvement, and much more! Summit attendees will also have the opportunity to win a single concurrent user license for the CTS software, valued at $360/year. A total of ten (10) free CTS software licenses will be raffled off at the event, and winners must be in attendance to receive their prize! Finally, for those in town prior to the event, we'll also be offering our AIAG & VDA Process FMEA: Transitioning for Practitioners course, September 30 - October 1, at a 10% discount for attendees! Find more details on both the summit and training here.

2019 IMDS & Product Chemical Compliance Conference: Held October 16-17 at The Mint at Michigan First Conference Center in Lathrup Village, this one and a half day event will explore "Beyond ELV: The Expanding Requirements for Compliance Reporting." Join us to hear the latest on GDPR reporting challenges, Brazillian RoHs, Waste Frame Directive, ELV in the Asia-Pacific & Europe, VIAQ, Prop65 impacts and of course, IMDS (i.e., what was new in version 12.0 and what’s coming in version 13.0). As an added bonus, conference attendees can join us on October 15th (the day prior to the event) for our Basic IMDS Concepts and Application training course, at 75% off the member and non-member price!
