AIAG’s Corporate Responsibility team would like to express its sincerest thanks to all its volunteers for another fantastic year. We would especially like to thank those who gave so freely of their energy, resources, experience, and expertise to help contribute to the team’s outstanding achievements in 2025.

“We wholeheartedly celebrate and thank our extraordinary volunteers, whose generosity of time, knowledge, and dedication forms the very foundation of AIAG’s growth and impact,” says Lecedra Welch Jones, AIAG’s program manager for environmental sustainability. “AIAG thrives because of the passion and expertise our volunteers bring, and we are deeply grateful for every contribution.”

Looking Ahead to 2026

Plenty of exciting plans are already in place for 2026. Here are five things to look forward to in the new year.

  1. Save the date for the 2026 IMDS, Product Compliance & Sustainability Conference. Next year's event will take place October 7–9, 2026, at Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan. Learn about the latest sustainability topics as well as global legislative issues and IMDS topics. Conference registration will open by the spring. Look out for more details soon.

  2. The AIAG Responsible Materials Conference is scheduled for August 26, 2026.

  3. Our new project around data quality continues to be in the works. We’ll be seeking volunteers soon to help develop the document.

  4. We are planning a robust lineup of webinars in the chemical and environmental space for 2026, including “Circularity in Europe: Answers to Your Questions” February 3, 2026, by Hyundai Europe’s Timo Unger. Registration opens soon.

  5. A new PCF guidance document will be coming out in Q1 2026, and new trainings are in development.

Please look out for more exciting updates throughout the year. Learn more about volunteering and find additional information about AIAG’s initiatives to achieve new benchmarks for sustainability, integrity, and trust on our Corporate Responsibility webpage or email cr@aiag.org.
