On February 17, 2023, the Ministry of Economy published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOF) an administrative regulation prohibiting imports of goods produced with forced labor. The regulation will become effective on May 18, 2023.

As quality manager for Specialty Products Company, Ryan is responsible for organizing and managing internal and external audits to maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. He drives supplier development by reviewing external procedures for both their international and domestic supply chain, and aids them in problem solving and standards development, while also supporting both internal and external continuous improvement efforts.

When Tonya Vanover attended her first AIAG event several years ago, she never imagined she would one day work for the organization. As AIAG’s new program manager for sustainable supply chain logistics, Vanover brings a unique perspective to the role because she has worked as an OEM and on the supplier side. Prior to accepting this position with AIAG, Vanover was senior buyer — global purchasing and supply chain for General Motors.
