As our 2023 FAE schedule continues, we're excited for upcoming events exploring the history and impact of supplier diversity, Emeline King's journey as the first female African American transportation designer for Ford, and the complexities of communicating with leadership, respectively. 

The CQI-14 Automotive Warranty Management: A Guideline for Industry Best Practices 4^th edition was created to promote warranty improvement collaboratively and continuously through best practices, standardization, recommended tools, and a root cause identification culture.

Scheduled for November 15^th – with our USMCA Content Reporting - 1 Day course, and ACE Reporting Demonstrations for Export/Import* the day before and after, respectively – our 2023 event will explore, "Agility: Navigating Our Same Supply Chain Toward a New Playing Field." 

A recent ruling by U.S. Customs and Border Protection suggests that the agency may be broadening the scope of its enforcement of the prohibition on imports made with forced labor or at least imposing a higher standard of evidence for releasing shipments suspected of violating that prohibition.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency recently proposed increased vehicle emission standards for light-duty and medium-duty vehicles starting with model years 2027. These proposed emission cutbacks have ramifications for a wide swath of industry – but especially for manufacturers and supply chain professionals. In this article, we will explore the goals of this proposal, its challenges and benefits to manufacturing, and how people in the field can prepare for stricter emissions requirements.
