Scheduled next for May 17th, the Automotive Warranty Management – An Introduction training is intended for those who are new to – or want to gain a better understanding of – warranty management, including how the systems interact between suppliers, customers and dealers. This one-day class not only helps attendees gain insights on how to understand customers’ warranty data output metrics (claims and cost) but also covers basic warranty data tracking methods, warranty claim rate reduction, simple database analysis and more.
On the following day (May 18th), the more advanced Automotive Warranty Assessment Training course will focus on providing a best-practice approach for managing warranty processes with the consumer in mind. This one-day course will help attendees become skilled practitioners who are well-versed in the assessment tool provided in the CQI-14 manual, and who can provide their organizations with warranty processes that utilizes best practices.
