Earlier this year, the AIAG team introduced new training packages for our CTS software to help users get the most out of their experience, while addressing individual challenges with a dedicated trainer. These trainings are now included in CTS subscription purchases, however, those who bought subscriptions prior to this shift (and others looking for even more guidance) can also add additional training at any time.

Priced per session – with bundle discounts for 2-3 sessions, 4-7 sessions, and 8+ sessions – these virtual meetings are led by CTS experts who customize the content based on you and your team’s specific needs. Each 2-hour session can accommodate up to 4 attendees, and is recorded and provided for later reference. Designated trainers are also assigned to provide a consistent experience throughout your learning journey.

With a hands-on approach to reviewing the software’s various functions and features, CTS trainers provide step by step instructions, before stepping back while attendees take the same steps in their own CTS accounts. This method helps ensure success for you and your team, as you’re able to apply the best practices in the moment, with support and feedback from the trainer.
