IATF Update & IAOB CB of the Year Announcement: Presented by James Bruin, IAOB Executive Director, IATF Strategic Development, and Michelle Maxwell, IAOB Director - IATF Initiative Development & Implementation, this session includes updates on the IATF 6th Edition Rules for achieving and maintaining IATF recognition, along with an announcement of the IAOB’s Certification Body (CB) of the Year awards (i.e., CB of the Year, Gold Finalists, and Gold Level Honorary Mentions).
IATF Complaint Management System: In this session, Michelle Maxwell, IAOB Director - IATF Initiative Development & Implementation will present an update on the IATF’s new Compliant Management System (CMS), which allows customers to submit a formal performance complaint to the IATF about supplier performance.
IATF 16949 & Rules Q&A Session: Back by popular demand! Moderated by IAOB Executive Director, IATF Strategic Development, James Bruin, this session features Cherie Reiche and Michelle Maxwell (Managing Director - IAOB Initiatives and Office Management, and Director - IATF Initiative Development & Implementation, respectively) sharing and responding to questions about IATF 16949 and Rules 5th Edition Sanctioned Interpretations, and Frequently Asked Questions.
