UFLPA Trade Policy: A Legal Perspective on Compliance: (Update! In response to recent developments from Capitol Hill and the White House that will increase U.S. CBP’s Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) enforcement, this event is now scheduled for April 17, 2024.
