This year only, we’re excited to invite non-members to join us as well, as we come together on June 14th for a day of golf and networking. Benefiting Camp Quality Michigan – a non-profit that serves children with cancer by providing year-round experiences and companionship at no cost – our 2023 event will once again take place at the Cherry Creek Golf Course in Shelby Township, Michigan. Kicking off with registration and breakfast, followed by a shotgun start, the event will include lunch at the turn, and dinner/prize drawings as the afternoon comes to a close. 2023 June 23 Future Automotive Expert Webinar: Featuring Ford Motor Company's Head of Supplier Diversity & Warranty Recovery, Travis Spencer, our next FAE event will explore, "The Real Value of Supplier Diversity to Your Supply Chain!" Including a brief introduction to supplier diversity and its history, Travis will discuss the various categories supplier diversity practitioners advocate for, and the national certification partners they work with to accomplish their goals. He will also focus on the impact of supplier diversity from a social, economic, and business perspective, along with how supply chain decision makers can weave supplier diversity into their work. 2023 Quality Summit: While the base principles of Quality and quality management systems aren’t changing, electrification and other new technologies continue to shape the future of mobility, making it more critical than ever to harness the power of new technology. Focusing on what’s changing – and what remains the same – for industry professionals moving forward, this year's October 4-5 Quality Summit will explore, "Power of the Past - Force of the Future." Along with discussing updates to APQP, Control Plan, Rules 6th, and more, we'll hear from global speaker Ben Whiting, who supports all types of organizations in revitalizing their communication and connection pathways, and adjusting their mindsets to see change as an opportunity, rather than an obstacle.
