This tool is a great way to conduct a preliminary gap analysis to determine the current state of your organization's warranty management process and the basis for initial action plans. Upon completion, you will receive a results letter via email.
One-Day CQI-14 Automotive Warranty Assessment Training — Space is Limited
The CQI-14 Automotive Warranty Assessment Training provides a best-practice approach for managing warranty processes with the consumer in mind. The goal of the training is to develop skilled practitioners who are well versed in the assessment tool provided in the CQI-14 manual and are able to provide an organization with a warranty process that uses best practices.
The seminar will be held August 16, 2016 and October 11, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the AIAG headquarters in Southfield, Michigan. The cost to members is $325 and the non-member rate is $425. Space is limited at each workshop, so participants are encouraged to register early.
This course includes a hands-on example of completing the warranty assessment, as well as how to benefit from the results. Attendees are asked to bring a laptop to class to complete an assessment.
