It’s here! The AIAG Supply Chain Group has officially launched the brand new Materials Management and Logistics Knowledge Assessment, now available in the AIAG Store.
This free online self-assessment, geared toward individuals who are new to (or changing roles within) the Supply Chain field, allows users to determine their baseline level of knowledge in eight unique categories:
- Supply Chain Basic Concepts
- Procurement and Sourcing Management
- Inventory Management
- Risk Management
- Inbound Logistics and Transportation
- Finished Vehicle Logistics
- Customs, Cargo Security, and International Trade
- Supply Chain Sustainability
With a total of 30 questions to be completed within 30 minutes, the assessment was designed to offer SCM professionals the ability to self-evaluate and determine potential areas of future focus.
Free for absolutely everyone – members and non-members alike – this timed assessment module can be taken once every 30 days (i.e. once in any given month) for users who wish to track their progress as they learn new skills and gain new expertise in SCM.
After completing the assessment, users will receive a personal email detailing their individual scores by category to help determine next steps in the learning process.
