In January, GM announced its strategy to eliminate gasoline and diesel light-duty vehicles as it plans for an all-electric future. Other automakers tied to the internal combustion engine (ICE), such as Jaguar Land Rover and Ford, have announced similar plans.

As part of the SVHC 2020 Roadmap launched by the Council of the EU in 2013, all relevant, currently known substances of very high concern have been identified and included on the Candidate List. Systematic screening of registered substances has been key in identifying new chemicals of concern.

Using a server dedicated specifically to organizations in China, the translated software includes all the same features and content as the original English version, including the option for new users to schedule a demo or free 30-day trial prior to subscribing.

The Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) and the International Automotive Oversight Bureau (IAOB) proudly announce the IAOB’s continued sponsorship of AIAG’s Core Tools Support (CTS) software. With this announcement for 2021, the IAOB agreed to sponsor 250 IATF certified organizations with a one-year CTS license. Recipients of sponsored subscriptions must be certified to IATF 16949 by one of the IAOB’s 20 IATF certification bodies, which are listed on the IAOB website.
